What You’ll Do:

• Spearhead MDS assessments, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with a stellar interdisciplinary team for accurate documentation and care plans
• Perform thorough resident assessments and maintain comprehensive records
• Work closely with administration, healthcare professionals, families, and consultants  to deliver outstanding care
• Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and implement best practices for compliance 

What You’ll Bring:

• RN license in good standing and compliance with federal and state requirements
• Solid MDS experience and understanding of long-term care regulations and reimbursement systems
