Description

The focus of this position is to secure new clients in a B2B environment, champion the sales of DDI integrated solutions, and implement strategies to increase sales revenue.  


This role is considered hybrid with an expectation of 2-3 days in office per week.


Responsibilities: 

  • Prospecting and creating demand through insight – growth accelerator.   
  • Lead pursuit of new business, prospecting and securing meetings by activating networks, maximising leads, converting leads to opportunities and driving opportunities to sales. 
  • Implement specific account management activities to increase penetration, expansion, create customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty in assigned accounts.   
  • Devise pricing and negotiations strategies to secure new contracted work.  
  • Actively manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and progress opportunities through the sales cycle to close business.   
  • Interface persuasively with senior executives and development of long-term high-level relationships with mid and senior executives in assigned or developed accounts.  
  • Develop opportunities with urgency to surpass revenue goals.   
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within operation: 
  • sales team leader and sales team members to achieve team revenue goals.  
  • consulting and project management resources to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • marketing to acquire targeted prospects. 
  • 20%-30% travel across UK and Europe. 
Requirements

Mandatory:  

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience (talent management sales or consulting).  
  • Proven track record of driving new business acquisition, selling consultative business solutions, and/or sales of conceptual integrated solutions.   
  • Proven track record in creating and executing winning sales strategies in conceptual business solutions.   
  • Experience with sales CRM’s.   
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.   
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent 

Preferred:  

  • Understanding of training, the role HR, strategic talent management and succession planning in contributing to business outcomes.  .  
  • Experience in consulting, leadership development, and succession management best practices and industry.   
  • Success with social selling and digital prospecting tools.   
  • Multi-lingual (English / French).
