Banks Construction Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Manager to join our team. As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory and distribution of parts, supplies and small tools for our organization. 


Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain inventory levels of parts, supplies and small tools

- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency

- Monitor and track parts usage and order replacement parts as needed

- Work closely with vendors to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of parts

- Train and supervise staff members responsible for parts inventory and distribution

- Maintain accurate records of all parts transactions and inventory levels

- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations

Requirements

 - High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred

- 5+ years of experience in parts management or related field

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Knowledge of Heavy Equipment and Commercial Truck parts preferred
