As the Marketing Director for our Queenstown Harbor facility, you will create and facilitate a marketing strategy in support of this mission to assist in driving growth and creating a successful and predictable revenue organization.
Job Overview
In this role, you will lead and oversee marketing strategies and implementation. You will create and execute data-driven marketing programs, refine tracking and reporting systems and generate and monitor return on investment. You will work directly with our team to create and implement marketing needs with the ability to perform quickly and decisively. This position focuses on aligning our marketing strategies with the goals and initiatives for the various activities at Queenstown Harbor Resort.
Responsibilities
- Help develop and direct all Queenstown Harbor Resort marketing strategies and social media campaigns.
- Update social media content across all channels and engage as needed with followers, including establishing relationships with influencers as desired or needed.
- Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders to build marketing strategies, plans and budgets
- Perform timely reporting of each marketing effort, including impact of marketing campaigns to evaluate the impact of achieving goals and objectives and make appropriate adjustments and improvements
- Lead strategy and execution of digital and print campaigns
- Leverage experience to find the most effective, scalable, and efficient blend of activities to help QH reach goals
- Prioritize marketing projects and budget and allocate resources accordingly
- Ensure all projects meet internal and external expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery, timeliness, and strategy
- Collaborate with and manage outside vendor relationships
