Description: Bartenders are to provide service to all bar guests as well as fill all beverage orders for waitstaff.
Responsibilities:
-Greet all guests
-Take and deliver food and beverage orders
-Insure guest satisfaction
-Clean and stock all bar ware products throughout shift
-Setup/Break down of area
-Resolve customer complaints and concerns with assistance of the manager
-Practice responsible alcohol service
-Take guest payment
-Provide full product knowledge
-Employ proper serving technique
-Maintain a clean and safe, public and work area
-Uphold all health code regulations
-Deliver room service to Inn guests
-Maintain RAMP certification
-Report all received gratuities
-Maintains a high standard of hygiene on the property
General:
-Communicates issues, concerns, complaints, compliments and suggestions to your manager, and not to other associates, guests, etc.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management
Dress Code:
-Employee responsible for light blue oxford button down shirt, khaki pants, black or brown shoes (non-slip)
-Company provides tie and apron
-Ability to learn and understand menu
-Work standing for extended periods
-Ability to multi task
-Excellent customer service skills
-Work well under pressure
-Pleasant and outgoing personality
-RAMP Certified
