JOB SUMMARY
The Show Worker is responsible for generating new leads for Bath Fitter at malls, shows and exhibits and setting up appointments for free in-home estimates.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Show Worker reports directly to the Event Manager.
FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work displays at shows & events:
- Provide interested prospects with information on Bath Fitter products and services.
- Collect the name and contact information of potential customers interested in a free in-home estimate.
- Book appointments for estimates directly at the show/event whenever possible.
- Ensure the Bath Fitter display is clean and organized at all times.
- Assist in the set-up and take-down of displays as required.
- Meet company standards for accountability for the following:
- Productivity (leads per hour).
- Professionalism.
- Quality of cards received (complete name, address, phone number and email address each time).
- Insure proper source code is identified on each card received to accurately reflect performance of each venue.
- Abide by all Bath Fitter policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all Bath Fitter safety policies and procedures.
- Realize the Show Worker’s role as the personal representative of Bath Fitter while in uniform and act accordingly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Education and/or Experience – High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Language Skills – Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts, memoranda, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Mathematical Skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
- Reasoning Ability – Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, illustrated or schedule form.
- Computer Skills – Knowledge of computer workstations and peripheral equipment; knowledge of database, spreadsheet and word processing software.
