The Senior Manager, Technology is responsible for the strategy, execution and day-to-day management and maintenance of the organization’s information technology infrastructure and operations. This includes the management of applications, business continuity, oversight of networking systems, staff technology onboarding and training, helpdesk operations, information security, infrastructure, new IT projects, vendor and personnel management. This position collaborates with staff throughout the organization to improve program outcomes and efficiency of business operations, and plays the lead role in advancing digital innovation alongside Director of Membership & Marketing.
Preference for association management experience, knowledge of MemberSuite and Higher Logic systems, and developing partnerships with vendors.
This position is based in Bloomington as part of a hybrid environment.
+Demonstrated knowledge in database design and administration.
+Demonstrated knowledge in Web markup languages.
+Strong computer proficiency in database management.
+Tactical translation of business objectives into technology initiatives
+Working knowledge of software development methodologies, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity best practices
+Project management with deploying new platforms, processes and tools to support innovative technology solutions for organization and staff.
+Involvement provisioning offices for networking and telecommunications (Internet, telephone, wiring plan, security devices, etc.)
+Proficiency with association management system, knowledge base system, and conference platforms
