Imaging Data Entry Clerk - Temporary, Part-Time
Description

Hours: 20-25 hours per week. No weekend work required.


Role: The Imaging Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for copying data from one database to another, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Copy data accurately from one database to another
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Assist with other data entry tasks as needed

Requirements

Experience: No prior experience required; however, previous data entry experience is a plus


Education: High school diploma or equivalent required


Skills & Abilities: 

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, familiarity with database systems a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Good communication skills

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
