Description

Position Overview:


 Talley is hiring a Program Manager to support operations for our client partners. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with the Account Manager/Executive Director to formulate, organize, and monitor projects, engaging key stakeholders and deciding on strategies and objectives. This role extends to coordinating cross-project activities, implementing, and evaluating program activities, managing deadlines and budgets, and assuming responsibility for the program's personnel and vendors. Additionally, this individual will play a crucial role in resolving higher scope issues, drafting documents for various purposes, and preparing insightful reports for leadership. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective working relationships with client’s volunteer leaders, members, consultants, vendors and other parties associated with meeting the client’s needs.
  • Formulate, organize, and monitor projects and its stakeholders in conjunction with the Account Manager.
  • Engage with key stakeholders (volunteers, community members, and funding entities, among others).
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Implement, monitor, and evaluate program activities. 
  • Maintain ACCME compliance for CME-eligible programs as applicable.
  • Oversee and maintain program webpages and communications.
  • Work with medical writers and volunteers to update or develop grant proposals; execute grant submissions, maintenance, and reconciliations.
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
  • Compose and draft documents and correspondence for presentations and reports.
  • Provides administrative services as necessary to meet program objectives including correspondence, record keeping and documentation.
  • Assist in program participant enrollment, responsive communications and engagement through a variety of sources and campaigns. 
  • Develop and implement program participant recruitment campaigns in conjunction with the Operations Manager.
  • Travel (typically 3-5x per year) as required to attend meetings or for business purposes required by the client(s) and Talley.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional administrative experience.
  • Strong understanding of association management and nonprofits.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfort with databases and/or latest technology in AMS software, Content Management systems, Web-based membership management or CRM.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects effectively and efficiently in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with ability to convey information in writing and verbally.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Self-starter who is driven and has the ability to work independently.
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail in order to produce accurate results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to support strategic direction.


Working Environment:

  • Percentage of travel - approx. 5%
  • This position is remote and requires prolonged sitting with occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 pounds. Employees are expected to maintain a comfortable home office setup and adhere to safety guidelines for physical need, ensuring a balanced and productive work experience.
