Location:                     Remote with travel up to 50%



Position Description Summary:

  

Reporting to the Implementation Division Leader, successful candidate will provide leadership and operations and management support as well as technical services to clients. Candidate will have responsibility to work with executive leadership and staff to execute and accomplish the goals/metrics of the Division. 

  

Responsibilities include oversight in technical operations, staff professional development, client services and financial performance of projects. It is expected that the candidate will be skilled in balancing internal (company) and external (client) demands. Candidate should be able to foster an environment of accountability, excellence, and collaboration among the staff while demonstrating fiscal responsibility. 

Requirements

  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Shape and develop Division strategy and organization.
  • Advise the COO, senior management, and executive leadership on Division business  development and planning issues that relate and impact the operations of the company.
  • Mange Practice Area leaders to take actions consistent with the company's overall strategy.
  • Set and monitor performance goals for Practice Areas to ensure progress is being made and  corrective action, if necessary, is taken.


Management and Operations:  

  • Develop and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Create business plan to penetrate defined clients/projects (new and existing).
  • Develop creative, unique ideas for solving client needs.
  • Follow up on all client/project activities focused on driving client satisfaction.
  • Manage employees to ensure that as the company grows, consulting capabilities meet or exceed industry and client requirements for cost, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Work closely with the CEO, CFO, CAO or COO on managing and developing plans, goals, and future client/project services and innovations.
  • Direct negotiations with clients.
  • Develop and manage budgeting and execution with a focus on client satisfaction 
  • Direct and manage all production controls, processes, delivery, and quality assurance.


Professional Services:

  • Responsible to refine, implement and monitor the J|D way of delivering projects that creates a positive experience with all clients.
  • Leads the continual refinement and monitoring of planning and implementation services to leverage the J|D brand.

Professional Requirements:

  • Professional Degree
  • Professional experience (20 plus years)
