Classroom Management and Instruction
- Integrates the Christian worldview in all areas of instruction
- Clearly communicates and consistently enforces high standards for student behavior

- Uses the materials left by the classroom teacher as the instruction outline for the day
- Adapts lessons and units to exploit teachable moments and correct misunderstandings
- Utilizes instructional time well
- Maintains student safety and safety protocols
Education, Certifications, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Teaching experience highly valued
Technical Competencies and Skills
- Possesses strong oral and written communication skills
- Works effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrates strong work ethic
- Displays effective multi-tasking and time management skills
Requirements
Physical
Requires standing and walking intermittently throughout a significant portion of the day (up to 2/3 of the day)
Physical ability to navigate students to safety in the event of an emergency
General
