We’re Napa—your friendly neighborhood restaurant with a big love for wine and seriously good food. Locally owned and operated with four locations (two in Charlotte, one in Fort Mill, and one in Raleigh), we bring a slice of Napa Valley to the Carolinas.

Our vibe? Good food, great wine, and no fuss. We’re not a late-night restaurant, so you won’t be stuck until midnight, and every location offers free onsite parking.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude and make them feel at home
• Manage reservations and seating to ensure smooth service flow
• Communicate wait times and keep guests informed
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized host stand and dining area
• Support the service team when needed to keep the guest experience seamless

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Previous host or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliability and a team-first attitude

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Host or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A warm, friendly, and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of reservation management systems (e.g., OpenTable) is a plus.
