FLSA: Non-Exempt

SALARY RANGE: $24.00- $38.00 

  

ALL FULL TIME POSITIONS:     In addition to your pay, your salary also includes Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, and $140.00 Employee plus family.

CPN Health Services personnel may be assigned to provide services to patients of all ages including, but not limited to, Indian Children, and will require a criminal history background screening.


JOB SUMMARY: Bridges interface analysts are the primary contact for the interfaces they are assigned to implement and support. They coordinate analysis sessions to identify interface business needs, create technical designs, and own issue triage necessary to implement and support their assigned interfaces. They work closely with the interface project manager, application teams, and technical teams to ensure that interfaces meet the needs of your end users


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the entire implementation cycle of interfaces, web services, and industry-standard APIs such as FHIR), including analysis, design, specification, implementation, go-live, and support.
  •  Working closely with application teams, subject matter experts, and third-party application experts to determine business needs, document requirements, and configure interfaces per the requirements. Partnering with these groups to diagnose and resolve interface-related issues and supporting ongoing application projects as needed.
  •  Reviewing, triaging, and resolving day-to-day interface errors, including coordinating with technical teams, application teams, and third-party system representatives as necessary.
  •  Identifying and escalating risks associated with technical project tasks and third party systems.
  •  Coordinating interface-specific tasks and activities like testing, build, cutover planning, and go-live by engaging subject matter experts, vendors, server and networking teams, Epic Client System Administrators, and interface engine developers.
  •  Working with interface engine developers to develop data-translation strategies to support the needs of Epic and your third-party systems.
  •  Providing proactive support by monitoring live interfaces and collaborating with experts to resolve issues.

  •  Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  •  Ability to understand business requirements and their impact on technical solutions.
  •  Ability to work in a complex environment to manage multiple concurrent communication needs.
  •  Skill at tracking tasks, defining next steps, identifying owners, and holding others accountable.
  •  Ability to coordinate activities and facilitate meetings involving multiple stakeholders, including vendors, subject matter experts, interface engine developers, and end users.
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION: 

  •  Experience in a clinic setting preferred.
  •  2-5 years of experience working in a clinical environment.
  •  Comfortable working in an IT environment.

TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION:

Application coordinators gain in-depth knowledge of the software by attending training at Epic and completing application certification projects and tests.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
  •  Some lifting, bending, stretching, and kneeling may be required.
  •  The ability to work in a fast paced environment.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:

  •  Normal health facility office environment but not limited to office only. Often required to perform duties within confined spaces.
