About the Role:
Logos is seeking an experienced, data-informed, innovative, systematic Growth Product Manager to lead the development and execution of user growth strategies aimed at accelerating top-of-funnel user acquisition leading to B2C and B2B subscriber and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user lifecycles, growth loops and frameworks, analytics and acquisition metrics, user behavior, a passion for rapid experimentation and iteration, and a proven track record of driving product-led growth acquisition in both B2C and B2B environments.
Responsibilities
- User Growth Strategy: Work with the Chief Product Officer and product managers, in partnership with the Chief Growth Officer and Marketing, to define, execute, measure, and communicate our user growth strategy.
- Product-Led Growth: Be the champion for building a collaborative, cross-functional, organization-wide partnership in and culture of product-led growth at Logos.
- Growth Team: Help to design, build, and lead (as a peer) our first cross-functional product growth team.
- User Lifecycle: Refine and manage our user lifecycle, and partner with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment in how we instrument, measure, and improve the movement of users through it.
- User Acquisition: Identify, test, and implement new user acquisition initiatives within Product and in partnership with GTM.
- Onboarding & Activation: Work with our other product managers to define, instrument, measure, and optimize the new user’s first experience through onboarding to activation, driving faster time to value.
- Experimentation & Optimization: Rapidly prototype growth experiments, run A/B tests, and analyze data to optimize performance.
- Data Analysis & Metrics: Utilize data analytics to gain insights into user behavior, identifying growth opportunities; and identify, track, and disseminate KPIs and learnings—in partnership with Product Ops—to the product, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Execution & Collaboration: Balance direct execution of experiments within the growth team to fuel learnings and partnership with the other product managers and their teams to turn learnings into roadmap execution.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a flexible product roadmap that prioritizes user growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on growth.
- Capability to identify market and product combinations that advance business objectives.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with using various data analytics tools.
- Proven track record of conducting successful A/B tests and optimizing conversion rates.
- Deep understanding of user behavior and ability to help users quickly and consistently experience value.
- Ability to learn new markets and quickly understand their needs, problems, pain points, sensibilities, values, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong ability to engage effectively with users, customers, and leaders.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships, drive alignment, and execute through influence and persuasion.
- Strength in identifying the right problems to solve and coming up with the right solutions that operate within the constraints of the user and the business.
- Capture, distill, synthesize, and organize ideas, information, projects, and people to drive clear and effective outcomes.
- Ability to operate within B2C and B2B environments and balance the needs of end users, customers, and the business.

- Christian technology and publishing industry and competitive landscape
- Global market for digital Bible study and engagement tools and content in its various denominational and organizational segments (e.g., church, Christian higher-ed, parachurch organizations)
- Bible and Christian theology, history, and culture
- Disciplines of Bible study and deeper biblical and spiritual engagement

The U.S. base salary for this full-time position ranges from $120k - 145k per year. Logos salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on each remote job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
