Duties and Responsibilities:

• Consistently provide excellent customer service in alignment with the company's core vision.
• Quote and sell insurance products according to underwriting and rating procedures.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and payments efficiently, adhering to company workflows.
• Safeguard clients' personal information, maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Collaborate harmoniously with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain and expand your insurance knowledge through state licensing, testing, and continuing education.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to drive, stand, sit, and stoop for extended periods.
• Capability to lift or reach with arms overhead and below waist.
• Must be able to lift, hold, or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Adequate visual and auditory function to perform duties with or without accommodation.

Environmental Requirements:

• Operate in a well-lit or dimly lit office environment with controlled temperature conditions.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Personal Lines Insurance License preferred (not required for hire, but will be required to obtain after hire)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Applied Epic is advantageous but not required.
