Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, and media, with extensive experience in AEM development and technology consulting. You will play a key role in implementing, customizing, and supporting AEM projects while working in large-scale teams and technology engagements.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementations of AEM 6.3 or later versions.
Work with AEM building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles.
Perform content migration in AEM environments.
Utilize Junit and other testing frameworks in AEM.
Collaborate with large teams, including client and consulting staff, on technology engagements.
Leverage Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi framework.
Develop applications using Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Struts frameworks.
Support project needs by working cross-functionally with various technology teams and platforms.
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, and/or media.
Experience with AEM 6.3 or later, including end-to-end implementations.
Familiarity with AEM building blocks (templates, components, dialogs, widgets, bundles).
Hands-on experience with content migration in AEM.
Experience with Junit and other AEM testing frameworks.
Familiarity with Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework, and Apache Felix OSGi framework.
Strong Java/J2EE background with experience in Spring, Hibernate, and Struts frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Math, Advertising, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Commerce Cloud, or Marketo Engage.
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) and Adobe Experience Manager Developer certifications.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, or ReactJS.
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, RUP, or other).
A passion for digital marketing, research, and analytics.
Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and business audiences.
Ability to foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
