Description

We have a state-of-the-art dental practice at Fort Eustis as part of Army and Air Force Exchange Services specifically servicing Military Families and Military Veterans. Our practice has a family feel and we focus on building relationships with our patients. Making sure to provide each of our patients with the best quality care.


Responsibilities:

  • Able to build rapport with patients.
  • Prepare patients for dental work.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Familiar with Dental software and equipment.
  • Dental Assistants are responsible for the set-up/break down, including disposing of any bio-hazards properly.
  • Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
  • Must follow all infection control procedures.
  • Must be able to complete clerical reporting on a daily/monthly basis.
Requirements
  • Current Dental Assistant Radiology License / DANB
  • Two (2) years or more of experience
  • X-Ray Certified
  • CPR/BLS
  • Valid Driver License; Reliable Transportation
  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting
  • Expanded duty dental assistant preferred
  • Coronal polishing certification preferred
