Your Role:
As a Lawn Care Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in connecting with our existing clients. You’ll check in on our performance, ensure their needs are met, and identify opportunities to upsell services they don’t currently have contracted. Your communication skills and proactive approach will help us enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with Clients: Reach out to existing customers to assess their satisfaction with our services and address any concerns.
- Upsell Opportunities: Identify additional services that can enhance their lawn care experience and promote them effectively.
- Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and confirm appointments for lawn assessments and treatments to align with customer preferences.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of customer care.
