Human Resource Generalist

In this critical role, you will help maintain a harmonious and productive workplace while supporting our HR initiatives. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Talent and Communications, you will:
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR initiatives by providing recommendations and assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR projects.
- Provide administrative support for employee relations, including assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
- Help manage performance improvement plans, ensuring clear communication and documentation.
- Work independently on individual tasks and projects while contributing to team efforts.
- Assist in developing and maintaining the employee intranet.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.
- Effective time management and multitasking skills.
- Experience with Predictive Index, Smartsheet, and Paylocity is a plus.
- Preferred experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Work Conditions:
- Full-time position in our Westfield office.
