Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our caregiving product roadmap with a focus on our insurance clients. The Senior Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping our product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering solutions that meet the needs of our customers and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's overall objectives and market needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to identify market trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement.
- Product Development: Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet user requirements and business goals.
- Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
- User Experience: Champion the user experience by defining intuitive workflows, conducting usability testing, and incorporating user feedback into product design decisions.
- Product Launch: Develop go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to successfully launch new products and features into the market.
- Performance Tracking: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success, track performance against goals, and iterate on product improvements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and coach junior members of the product team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in the payor/health plan space (e.g., Medicare, Medicaid, commercial health plans).
- Deep understanding of healthcare economics, care gap management, risk adjustment, and other key aspects of the payor ecosystem.
- Proven track record of leading the development of B2B healthcare products, preferably focused on payors or health plan solutions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights and customer needs into actionable product plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with data integration, EHR/EMR systems, and payor-provider interoperability.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient outcomes through technology solutions.
