The Gist…

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our team, playing a critical role in our IT Modernization efforts at Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, including custom table creation, AppEngine, and application customization. Your expertise will help drive the successful deployment and enhancement of ServiceNow applications, contributing to ICE’s mission-critical operations.


What Your Day Might Include…

  • Develop custom applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, including the creation of custom tables and leveraging AppEngine to automate processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including Application UI, forms, and workflows, ensuring they align with ICE’s operational needs.
  • Work closely with other ServiceNow administrators and developers to implement solutions, handle configuration changes, and ensure system stability and performance.
  • Facilitate the rollout of new ServiceNow applications and modules, ensuring smooth implementation and user adoption.
  • Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions to meet evolving requirements.



Requirements

 

You’ll Bring These Qualifications…

  • US Citizenship Required to obtain Public Trust
  • Bachelor Degree + 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow Development Platform.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in .NET, C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET, HTML, AJAX, and third-party controls.
  • Ability to design and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaboration: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on delivering quality results in a collaborative environment.
