Position Summary
Licensed Social Worker with ABA Training will provide support to individuals and their families by coordinating and providing educational services based on Applied Behavior Analysis, functional assessment and analyses, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.

- Hourly rate of $110/hour with client during initial 12 week internal training
- Upon completion of mandatory training; rate increase between $130-150/hr* depending on the case
- Hourly rate of $75/hour for training and weekly supervision meetings for initial 12 week internal training
- *Select cases eligible for increased rate of $150/hr based on geographical location and duration

- Professional Reimbursement (for hourly, w-2 employees): $100 per calendar year (Please note: In order to receive this reimbursement, you MUST be in good standing with all HR related documentation.)

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide direct 1:1 service with the client in the home or school setting based on case schedule
- Complete established number of direct service hours based on caseload
- Complete assessments, including the VB-MAPP, AFLS, SKILLS, and FBAs
- Write reports as led by assessment, including treatment plans, and behavior intervention plans
- Continually analyze skill acquisition and behavior reduction data
- Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment plans as needed for treatment goals, including, but not limited to creating programs and stimuli
- Provide parent training as approved by funder
- Actively seek parent and/or client feedback regarding programming and therapy goals
- Collaborate with client’s related service providers, teachers, and school administration with respect
- Submit written and digital reports and invoices within established timelines via in-house Provider Point system
- Provide services consistent with the organization’s mission, vision, and values
- Actively participate in opportunities for staff training and education
- Respectfully collaborate with client’s related service providers, teachers, and school administration as needed
Position Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related human services field
- New York State Licensed Social Worker
- Formal training in the analysis of behavior and instructional strategies, training related to working with clients who have pervasive developmental disorders and related disorders, their parents, and other agencies working with client
- Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations
- Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing Behavioral Intervention Plans for individuals with challenging behavior
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing skill acquisition plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and one or more of the age groups served by MPG
- Knowledge of DTT programming and implementation
- Knowledge of naturalistic ABA programming and implementation
- Flexible availability and ability to respond quickly to phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Successful completion of employee training as required by law
- Participation in ongoing in-house training and required professional development
