DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintain contact with Clients throughout the duration of their case to provide status updates, answer questions, and obtain important information.

· Work with medical providers to coordinate medical treatment for Clients, confirm account balances, and provide case status updates.

· Communicate professionally and effectively with insurance adjusters to discuss case facts and determine relevant coverage information.

· Review incoming correspondence and save applicable information electronically in Case Management Software (Litify).

· Work closely with Attorneys to discuss incoming correspondence, medical treatment, insurance information, and case status.

· Prepare and submit finalized disbursement packets to accounting for review upon settlement.

· Execute various data entry in Case Management Software.

· Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  QUALIFICATIONS:

  • No prior experience or training.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Certificates, licenses and registrations required: N/A
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Other skills required: Phone inbound/outbound calling
