Description

The Bainbridge Companies is looking for a Marketing Manager who believes in the power of graphic design. A marketing professional who can create content that drives engagement and grows our audience while serving as a company brand ambassador. You will also be tasked with the support, analysis, and implementation of marketing strategies and initiatives for a stabilized portfolio of properties.

Essential Duties

  • Manage portfolio marketing strategies to support leasing efforts and occupancy goals.
  • Work with and support operations team and onsite teams with internal marketing tools, including set up, training and adoption of said tools.
  • Create and analyze marketing mix for each community to ensure it meets the individual occupancy needs. Specifically focusing on traffic volume, quality of leads, and conversion.
  • Oversee and assist with new communities’ onboarding for marketing items; website, ILS, social, paid search, tracking numbers, copy, concessions, reputation, and others marketing tools.
  • Analyze and review marketing KPIs. Report findings to regional manager with recommendations as needed.
  • Prepare for and participate in scheduled calls with onsite team members, regional manager, and other departments as needed or requested.
  • Support outreach marketing efforts, resident referral efforts and community events.
  • Research new marketing vendors and technology that come to the multifamily space, brainstorm with marketing team on new ideas and new opportunities to enhance our marketing presence, reach and strategy.
  • Maintain thorough understanding and be the internal expert of marketing programs and tools.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of marketing conditions and competitive landscape in assigned portfolio.
  • Assist in New Business initiatives as requested.
  • Assist in varies marketing projects as needed or requested. Attending vendor calls as needed or requested.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, public relations or another relevant field is preferred.

  • Must have 5+ years’ experience as a Marketing Manager supporting all asset classes and both owned/managed and third-party portfolios.
  • Strong graphic design experience with 5+ years’ experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Understanding of paid digital marketing, strategic marketing strategies, and google analytics. Canva business account management.
  • Copywriting and social content experience preferred.
  • Work independently with the ability to organize and prioritize workload. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
