About the role

We are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support the development and execution of total rewards programs across the EMEA/APAC region, with a focus on EMEA & India. In this role, you will assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation strategies, benefits offerings, and reward initiatives that are aligned with business objectives and local market practices. You will collaborate with HR teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure our Total Rewards programs are competitive and compliant with local regulations.


What You’ll Do

EMEA Benefits Administration: 

  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, wellness, pension, and insurance offerings across multiple countries within EMEA/APAC.
  • Support vendor management, renewal activities, provider tracking, and the payment of vendor/provider invoices.
  • Lead benefits communications efforts, maintain the employee benefit intranet resources, and act as a point of contact for benefits inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and corporate policies related to compensation and benefits across the EMEA/APAC region.

Job Architecture and Benchmarking:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive job architecture framework, including job families, levels, and career paths.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Lead job analysis projects and maintain up-to-date job descriptions and specifications.

Compensation Strategy and Analysis:

  • Apply compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and industry standards.
  • Perform in-depth compensation analysis and market research to support salary benchmarking, pay equity, and reward program effectiveness.
  • Help drive the establishment of a global salary structure based on market competitiveness and job architecture exercises.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics related to benefits utilization, compensation spend, employee leveling, and overall rewards.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive summaries, presentations, and reports for leadership teams.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of rewards programs with business strategy, strategic objectives, and company culture.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in total rewards supporting the EMEA/APAC regions, with a focus on EMEA and India.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present clear recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
