About the role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sr Total Rewards Analyst to join our HR team. This role will be responsible for administering our corporate compensation and US benefits programs, as well as supporting initiatives related to job architecture and benchmarking. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of compensation and benefits strategies and have experience with supporting complex global programs.


What You’ll Do

US Benefits Administration: 

  • Lead the administration and continuous improvement of US benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other key employee offerings.
  • Collaborate with the greater global HR team to ensure benefits programs are aligned with local requirements.
  • Support vendor management, renewal activities, provider tracking, and the payment of vendor/provider invoices.
  • Lead benefits communications efforts, maintain the employee benefit intranet resources, and act as a point of contact for benefits inquiries, providing guidance and support to employees.
  • Ensure all reward programs comply with federal, state, and international regulations and standards.
  • Complete required benefits compliance reporting in a timely manner.

Job Architecture and Benchmarking:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive job architecture framework, including job families, levels, and career paths.
  • Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
  • Lead job analysis projects and maintain up-to-date job descriptions and specifications.

Compensation Strategy and Analysis:

  • Conduct compensation program modeling and analysis to establish budgets, forecast compensation program fiscal year spend, company impact, and total rewards value.
  • Conduct ad-hoc job benchmarking exercises to assess the internal equity of current employees and support our TA team with the job requisition process.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on compensation data and industry trends.
  • Help drive the establishment of a global salary structure based on market competitiveness and job architecture exercises.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics related to benefits utilization, compensation spend, employee leveling, and overall rewards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and recommend improvements to reward programs.
  • Submit annual Radford compensation data survey submissions.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive summaries, presentations, and reports for leadership teams.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment of rewards programs with business strategy, strategic objectives, and company culture.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Total Rewards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing job architecture frameworks and conducting job evaluations.
  • Experience in equity plan administration and design.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural environment.
  • Attention to detail, with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
