Description

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong carpentry experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in-field experience with commercial maintenance
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment is preferred
  • Individuals with hospitality maintenance experience encouraged to apply
  • Must have a valid driver's license 
  • Must be able to provide a reliable vehicle
  • Car allowance provided
  • Other maintenance items covered

Shift and Schedule:

  • Must be available to work up to 40-50 hours per week
  • On call for emergencies 
  • 8-10 hour work days, depending on weekly tasks
  • Location responsibilities would be in the Connecticut and New York area, occasionally supporting the Boston market, along with some travel out of state as needed


Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs in the following areas:
  • Carpentry - Millwork and Furniture repair
  • Plumbing - Toto, Crown, Everpure, T&S
  • Electrical - Siemens, Square D, Eaton
  • Kitchen equipment – minor repairs, hardware, gaskets, trouble shooting
  • Drywall install and finishing
  • Works cleanly with Silicone and Caulk
  • Painting
  • Landscaping on planter boxes
  • Power washing
  • General restaurant maintenance
  • Respond to maintenance requests from Operational Director, Director of Facilities or Senior FM in a timely fashion
  • Perform regular property inspections
  • Work well independently and on a team
  • Advise restaurant managers on technical engineering issues
  • Learn cmms software for placing tickets with outside vendors



Salary Description
Pay: Starting at $70,000 yearly
