Job Summary....
The Family Support Worker (FSW) provides information and educational resources to family members in addition to providing referrals to community resources.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference....
- Function as part of a team
- Provide information and educational resources to Family Members
- Assist families in identifying local resources to meet individual family needs
- Host parent and Youth Support groups
- Must have flexibility in job schedule to meet operation hours of the FRC; ability to work afternoon/evening hours
- Driving is required
