SALARY RANGE: $44,770 - $59,400 (commensurate with experience)

Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator will manage a portfolio of RRH partner agencies providing support services to participants in the RRH Program. The Program Coordinator will act as task supervisor for program associates working directly with partner agencies. Program Coordinator is a key member of the Rapid Re-Housing team to ensure successful administration of the RRH Grant (ESG)-funded Rapid Re-Housing (RRH) Program.
The Program Coordinator will ensure an accurate, timely check requests process by monitoring Program Associate deliverables for accuracy, and follow-up with partner agency staff. This position will coordinate the tracking and reporting of data for the RRH Program. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for supporting regular check-ins such as monthly meetings, training, internal check-ins with the contracts management team, and annual monitoring site visits.
Specific Responsibilities:
Rapid Re-Housing Programs Duties
- Assist in onboarding and training new staff
- Monitor various reports using Salesforce and HMIS to ensure data quality
- Act as program liaison in internal and external meetings
- Responsible for maintenance of team tools including workflow updates, various Trello boards, Teams channels, and notetaker as needed
- Prepare and facilitate monthly Partner Meetings including but not limited to gathering updates across internal departments, deck preparation, and recap communication to attendees
- Collaborate and coordinate across RRH teams to ensure consistency across staff
- Act as the primary point of contact for Program Associates on questions of policy and procedure
- Timely follow-up and communication with RRH partner organizations, monitor partner progress towards outcomes and participate in devising and implementing Improvement Plan
- Support Program Manager as needed, not limited to CQI initiative, facilitating monthly supervisory meetings, Program Associate supervision
- Work collaboratively with the Chicago Rent program to sustain relationships with program landlords
Other Duties
- Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows and programmatic systems
- Respond to calls from homeless and at-risk community members seeking resources and assistance
- Provide back-up support for other Program Team activities
- Other duties as assigned to support the work, goals and mission of the All Chicago Program Team
- Support Partners with contract management and execution
Qualifications:
Successful candidates will demonstrate commitment to preventing and ending homelessness in Chicago and will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public service, or equivalent degree or experience. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2-5 years of professional experience in the field(s) of homelessness service delivery and/or housing is strongly preferred.
- Experience with rapid re-housing and/or priority populations such as survivors of domestic violence, youth, and others, preferred.
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office products including but not limited to Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
- Excellent professional writing and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and integrity.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
