Lignetics, Inc., located in Louisville, CO, is a $300M wood product manufacturing business with 29 manufacturing locations across the US stretching from Oregon to Maine. The business has rapidly expanded in the last 24 months through multiple acquisitions. The growth strategy includes continued bolt-on acquisitions in a “roll-up” of the industry as well as organic growth through enhanced strategic customer relationships and product diversification. 


Lignetics is developing a portfolio of consumer brands in several different categories including wood pellets for home heating, BBQ pellets for grilling, wood pellets and shavings for animal bedding, and a wood fiber-based cat litter. Each of our products have unique features and benefits but are all linked with a wonderful recycled, renewable, sustainable, and carbon neutral story. We turn recycled saw dust into value-add, branded consumer products. 


Recruiter Description:


We are looking for a Central/Mid-Atlantic Region Recruiter to support the full cycle recruiting process, including posting job ads, developing sourcing strategies, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, administering the offer and pre-employment process, and initiating onboarding.

  • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
  • Assist teams in screening resumes
  • Conduct initial phone screens
  • Schedule calls and interviews
  • Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
  • Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails)
  • Participate in recruiting events
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Recruiter Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven work experience as a recruiter or HR professional in a high-volume staffing environment with multi-site scope of responsibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or closely related field preferred or equivalent experience
  • Ability to meet travel expectation of 25%
  • Proven experience hiring industrial or manufacturing type positions.
  • Located on the Central/Mid-Atlantic. AR, MO, WI, PA, WV, preferred.
  • Full recruitment lifecycle experience
  • Proficient skills in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS systems, and other computer-based programs or software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities accordingly.
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Critical-thinking skills
