 Position Summary 

As an Operations Assistant at OE Solar, you will elevate your professional skills. Enhance communication across  diverse channels, master office software, coordinate projects efficiently, and adapt to dynamic environments.  Gain insights into the solar energy industry and sustainable business practices and apply! 


 Note: This is a paid internship at $15 an hour for qualified candidates that meet Workforce Solutions  requirements. If the successful candidate is a current student, there is also the option of utilizing this position  for course credit. Requirements

 Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure timely submission of reports, forms, and other documentation. 

• Screens incoming phone calls and correspondence, and prioritizes and responds independently, when possible. 

• Compile and analyze information, prepare summaries and detailed reports. 

• Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents within Microsoft Suite. 

• Regularly update and review files to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. 

• Handle general office tasks including sending and receiving mail, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and producing and editing basic documents in Word, Excel, PDF, Adobe, and Canva. 

• Request and manage document signatures via Adobe Acrobat, ensuring timely completion. 

• Manage meeting logistics, including booking travel time and arranging necessary materials. 

• Schedule and coordinate meetings for executives and team members. 


 Qualifications 

• Strong research and analytical skills. 

• Must have a typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. 

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth of sales initiatives. 

• Must be able to work in the United States. 

• Candidates must be in their last year of school or have graduated within the last six months.
