What We Are Looking For:

Analyzes business processes, functions, and procedures to determine the most effective business systems software to meet the needs of the organization.

Requirements

· Create systems specifications and objectives, based on business requirements and cost effectiveness.

· Utilizes requirements gathering techniques in order to develop technical specifications and corresponding user stories including but not limited to:

· High-Level Requirements, Process Flow documents, Detailed Functional Requirements, Scope documents, and Testing Scenarios, for all development requests as deemed necessary by current methodologies.

· Primary contact between systems software development staff, management, and system end-users to determine requirements and obtain signoff.

· Contributes to system development and design, including software programming, report, and design.

· Participates in software testing.

· Provides training and technical support to system end-users.

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned.


Why You Are The Perfect Fit:


Experience

One to two years of similar or related experience.

Knowledge of the KeyStone platform is desired.


Education

(1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
