POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator supports project initiation, planning, monitoring and closing for small to medium, client-facing consulting engagements. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate project data within our project management tool and provide support to project leads and vertical leaders.


SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Project Coordination

o Support of PMO including governance, processes, and supporting technology

o Support Consulting Services team in the development of project and program plans for small to medium fixed price or managed service projects 

o Manage multiple client-facing projects; monitor progress relative to project plans, scope, schedule and cost

o Identify and report on risks to project schedule, budget, and quality of deliverables

o Assist with the development of project management tools and deliverable templates

o Serve as a contact for clients, consultants, and contractors to help coordinate and manage Consulting Services engagements

o Responsible for internal and external communications

· Resource Management

o Identify and coordinate internal resources, in conjunction with Project Owners/Leads, for the flawless execution of multiple concurrent consulting projects

o Ensure SOWs are fully executed for revenue recognition

o Proactively escalate potential customer satisfaction issues, internal operational issues, and Consulting Services team issues with the SVP Professional Services

· Project-related Reporting

o Provide updates to project management tool to support revenue forecasting based on scheduling, budgets and hours

o Monitor project milestones and customer acceptance for revenue recognition.

o Support resolution of revenue or invoicing issues

o Provide monthly backlog analysis to Leadership Team and close out projects that are either complete or otherwise subject to close

o Deliver training and support other areas of the organization on Consulting Services processes and responding to requests as needed

o Support analyzing, documenting and improving Consulting Services Operations processes and work to standardize processes

 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Minimum 3 years’ related experience

· Ability to analyze and solve problems, perform complex tasks, prioritize multiple projects and follow through

· Excellent organization and time management skills

· Ability to make sound decisions and judgments

· Ability to work to potentially time sensitive and pressure situations

· Ability to work independently and multi-task, in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community

· Excellent communicator

· Experience working with management and well-versed in the practices and demands of progressive and evolving Services organizations

· Experience with resource management and scheduling

· Proficient in MS Office Suite

· Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool is a plus

· BA/BS Degree


WORK ENVIRONMENT

· Currently Clearwater is virtual company and all colleagues work remotely

· Work remotely and provide own printer/scanner, cell phone, and internet service
