Summary of Position

This role is a dual role. The Ridge Campus Worship Leader will lead worship at the Ridge Campus (10-12 hours), create content and execute marketing strategies for MHW’s social media and online presence (20 hours), and will lead in the development and execution of Worship Academy (10-12 hours).

Duties and Responsibilities 

  1. Lead worship at the Ridge campus
    1. Schedule teams and coordinate songs  
    2. Lead worship along with other worship leaders at least 2-3 times per month.
    3. Attend weekly Ridge meetings and keep campus scorecard
  2. Create content and execute marketing strategies for online presence and social media.
    1. Create weekly content for social media including  videos and graphic design
    2. Utilize descriptions and SEO for best marketing strategies.
    3. Update MHW website regularly. 
  3. Foster a healthy culture of growth and honor that is aligned with team values. 
    1. Create and drive a culture of building one another up for the glory of God. 
    2. Give timely, helpful feedback in an honoring way.
  4. Lead in the development and execution of Worship Academy 
    1. Collaborating to design a robust program (Worship Academy) that trains and raises up leaders at all levels.
    2. Raising up coaches and providing resources and content for ongoing development. 
    3. Carry the vision and run the execution of Worship Academy.
  5. Miscellaneous Responsibilities

This job description is not meant to be an all-inclusive statement of every duty and responsibility that will be required of an employee in this position. Therefore, additional duties, including but not limited to the following, may be assigned:

- Provide assistance with miscellaneous duties during the gathering, including first steps, baptisms, communion, etc.  

- Host a table or serve at Weekender and/or Vision Summit events.

- Assist in various ways with large-scale events like Kids Week, Fall Launch, etc.

Requirements
  1. Physical Requirements:

      work.
    7. Ability to frequently comprehend physical and/or digital documents and frequently prepare physical and/or digital documents.

Work Environment

  1. May occasionally work in temperatures above 95 degrees and below 32 degrees.
  2. May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces.
  3. Noise level in the environment is frequently loud.
  4. May occasionally work outdoors.
  5. May continuously work indoors within closed office spaces.

Office Hours 

  1. Office Hours: Thursdays from 11am – 9:00pm, Sundays from 7am to 12:30pm, and Monday through Wednesdays from 9:00am – 5:00pm, additional non-office hours for preparation, team growth, and admin work.
