Description

At the core of Bectran's mission, our Customer Success Department plays a pivotal role. This team is instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction from the initial product demonstration to ongoing support post-implementation. As a Customer Success Representative, you'll be involved in crucial aspects of SaaS Product Implementation, Product Management & Strategy, and providing both Technical and Business Support to our clients.


What You Will Do:

  • Lead and support customer onboarding and implementation for the Bectran platform.
  • Collaborate in product enhancement by understanding customer needs and crafting tailored features/workflows.
  • Prioritize product development based on customer feedback and software development cycles.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations for potential clients using online conferencing tools.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support to existing clients via phone, email, or support tickets.
Requirements

What You Need to Be Successful:

  •  Bachelor's degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical or business client-facing role (Preferred but not required).
  • Strong passion for application functionality and design.
  • A natural ability to understand and articulate software features.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
