Description
- $150M+ New Federal (GSA, DoD) Construction Experience
- Experience with understanding architectural design, structural systems, oversight of installation of curtain wall and enclosure systems, civil/earthwork work, construction methods, commissioning, design/spec reviews
- Experience leading teams of architectural, structural, civil specialists, estimators, schedulers
- Experience construction inspection/management over engineering design; structural cast-in-place concrete project
Requirements
8+ Years in role as a Project Manager.
BS Construction Management or Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering or BA Architecture.
CCM/ PMP/PE/RA/AIA.
Must be able to speak and write in English.
Must be able to obtain an HSPD-12.
