$50M+ Federal (GSA, DoD) Construction Experience - Historic renovations and new construction experience needed.
Experience with oversight of mechanical system installation, design/spec reviews.
Experience with material take-offs.
Requirements
5+ Years with Federal Contract.
CQM.
Must be able to speak and write in English.
Must be able to obtain an HSPD-12.
