Duties```

-General labor work at shipyard, moving, cleanup, assisting others with set up and tear down of projects, firewatch, ect.
- Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
- Assist with setting up and tearing down for events or meetings as needed

 ```Skills``` -Experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role preferred - Ability to lift 50lbs - Follows instructions well with urgency and safety mindfulness - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness - Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Ability to work independently and stay busy between assigned tasks - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and supervisors
