What You’ll Do: Responsibilities

SUMMARY: Along with performing and meeting ones own personal sales objectives, this position provides leadership to a team of Account Managers. Continuously develop team and create uniform processes and procedures for the team to drive sales and revenue. Focus on continuous improvement of sales processes through streamlining activities and creating efficiencies Develops new strategies and programs to secure new business.


Achieve Personal Sales Objectives

· Responsible for prospecting potential new clients and working with client account managers and other salespeople to collaborate, open new business opportunities, and grow company revenue

o Actively calling prospects over the phone, networking, light door to door (as needed), preparing proposals and quotes, and being a part of the entire sales process

o Provided a steady stream of leads generated through our marketing efforts that will be managed and followed through by this position

o Cold call, prospect and convert new clients while providing top grade customer service

o Generate and articulate key components of service engagement proposals

o Close sales opportunities, meet sales goals and track goals in CRM

· Identify customer needs and provide solutions through strategy and business knowledge with strong customer service focus

o Understand and identify customer needs with a specific focus of the technology field

o Big responsibility in staying current on rapidly changing technology field and how it applies to the customer’s business

o Provide proactive account management to ensure future sales

o Create and deliver external or internal presentations tailored to audience needs


Business Acquisition Strategy that Ensures Achievement of Sales Goals

· Work as facilitator between sales and delivery to ensure business is being covered and SLA’s are being met.

· Analyzes current and future trends and needs and accurately assesses functional responsibilities competitive strengths and vulnerabilities. Contributes sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

· Develops and implements a process enhancing our relationship with our top current recruiting clients and top clients in Conversion to ensure a preferred vendor status and maximize our opportunities.

· Achieves sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

· Participates in various exhibitions, conferences and conventions critical to enhancing company profile and securing new business opportunities.

Requirements

What You’ll Need: Qualifications

· Experience: Three to five years of business development experience in the staffing industry required. Experience with large enterprise accounts is a plus. Management experience preferred.

· Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience

· Skills: Goal oriented, thrives in fast-paced environment, well developed business development/sales skills, strong relationship building skills
