We are looking for a Sales Representative for our Signs Plus division headquartered in Phoenix, AZ with a national reach. We are a full-service signage, branding, fabrication, and installation company with a wide range of customers from some of the nation’s most well-known companies to local small businesses. We are seeking a self-driven, adaptable team player to join our family and grow our business to new markets nationwide!


We would prefer a candidate in one of the following areas: 

  • Southern California (LA, San Diego, etc.)
  • Texas: Dallas/Fort Worth area and/or Houston
  • Las Vegas, Nevada
Requirements

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize account management skills to establish and maintain relationships with customers, promote our capabilities, work through challenges and grow the business
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospective accounts and projects to fuel growth within our current scope
  • Maintain strong working relationships with internal project management, production, and installation teams
  • Manage the sales process by keeping projects on track, providing accurate and timely proposals, and facilitating information exchange between the customer and internal teammates
  • Acquire knowledge of production management software, production and installation processes, capabilities, limitations, and costing variables
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated outside commercial sign sales experience  
  • Strong inter-personal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and multi-task
  • Must be a self-starter and thrive in a team-based environment
  • Stable work history
  • Computer and software proficiency with ERP system, MS Office programs
  • Ability to drive long hours and / or travel on a regional and national basis
  • Experience with online marketing strategies a bonus

  

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit or stand in a stationary position up to 100% of the time
  • Must be able to walk in an office environment up to 100% of the time
  • Must be able to exchange accurate and concise information verbally in person and on the phone
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
