We’re currently growing our team of Artisans with a Process Connections Manager to be located at our Houston Distribution Center (HDC). The Process Connections Manager will be the business line manager for Process Connections and will assist RTI Operations and Mechanical Teams regarding equipment needs, planning, and deployment for RTI Process Connections, Custom Fabrication and Consumables. This position will ensure that Process Connections is a profitable and growing service line at RTI.


Duties & Responsibilities

· Facilitate business line growth and profitability

· Primary owner of continued process connection integration into existing core business

· Support Business Development Team with client sales meetings

· Coordinate project forecasting of Process Connections for Equipment and Consumables purchases.

· Assist Process Connection Designers when needed to read, interpret, and provide feedback to RTI Operations Team Members regarding submitted Mechanical Needs Lists regarding potential changes for Process Connections utilization.

· Assist the data entry in the MR Equipment Inventory Management Software for the RTI Process Connection program.

· Assist the RTI Operations and Business Development Teams with Process Connections, Custom Fabrication, and Consumables proposal support.

· Manage and coordinate purchases for the RTI Process Connections program. This will include expediting, managing parts delivery, and assisting with equipment deployment/returns processing.

· Purchase and maintain inventory of all consumable items, parts, and supplies in support of the RTI Process Connections program.

· Understand project requirements and support fulfillment of requirements within client expectations and company policies.


Supervisory Responsibilities

· Manages Process Connection Design Team & Project Supervisor

Requirements

 

Minimum Qualifications

· 3 years of refinery operations experience

· Knowledge of RTI in-field operations and ability to read and understand Mechanical Needs Lists.

· Knowledge or the ability to learn SalesForce, and iView

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and high responsibility.

· Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.

· Comfortable in warehouse setting as well as office environments.

· Computer literacy, specifically with the Microsoft Office suite of products including SharePoint.

· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demonstrated problem solving skills.


Additional or Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in business financials, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, profit margin analysis, and ROI evaluation preferred.

· 5 years’ experience in a project environment preferred.

· Rental experience preferred.

Working Conditions / Physical Demands

· Work will typically be performed in an office environment using routine office equipment.

· Ability to lift 15 – 30 pounds as needed when.


Travel Requirements

· 10% - as needed for training, off-site meetings, vendor facilities, client sites for sales meetings or site visits.
