Description

Warmly greet Members and Guests and Physical Therapy patients.


* Answer phone calls in a friendly, helpful and timely manner


* Maintain excellent communication channels between Therapists, Patient/Clients and Main office


* Schedule Appointments, Pre-Screen Insurances, Collect co-payments as well as other administrative duties


* Respond to Patients concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner.


* Represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times.


* Maintain reception area in a clean and orderly fashion.


* Attend all meetings and training sessions as required.


* Exhibit awareness of and enthusiasm for all programs offered by Cape Cod Rehab and it's affiliated


Fitness facilities

Requirements

Computer literate, excel, data entry


* Medical office or other front desk experience


*Cooperative and friendly attitude.


  • Ability to work 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday with some flexibility for earlier or later shifts
Salary Description
$18-22 per hour
