Compensation: The BACB uses compensation data for the metro Denver labor market to ensure our positions provide a competitive wage based on the education and experience requirements. 

  • The base hourly pay for this position is: $25.00.

Position Summary: This position provides daily assistance in support of one or more certification programs, including Subject Matter Expert (SME) activities, creation of program materials, and data analysis and reporting. Uses BACB passenger van to transport SME's to and from events.

Requirements
  • Coordinate SME activities, that include but not limited to, meeting logistics, recruitment process, communications, training, and remote exam development.
  • Oversee SME document and resource updates and development for relevance and applicability regularly.
  • Collect, prepare, and analyze program data on a monthly basis and as requested by the program manager.
  • Proficiency in use of technology, this includes the ability to become familiar with new software programs necessary for examination development tasks.
  • Advanced writing and editorial skills for examination-item reviews.
  • Operation of BACB passenger van to transport SME's to and from events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administrative support role. Advanced user of Microsoft Excel. Valid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle report.


Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing.


Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to listen and speak. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to lift and carry a laptop, lift files, open filing cabinets, frequently type, bend and reach as necessary is essential to the position. Driving passenger van one to two times a month.


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a regular full-time IN OFFICE position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening, holidays, and weekend work may be required based on operations.


Campus Wellness: The BACB is a tobacco and vape free campus. Consumption of tobacco products or vaping of any kind is prohibited.


Travel: Minimal travel is expected for this position.
