Your Role:

• Set up and operate CNC machines with a focus on quality and      efficiency.
• Analyze blueprints and specifications to determine tooling and setup      requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining is a plus.
• Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong knowledge of CNC lathe operations and machining techniques.
• Familiarity with various measuring tools and instruments.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Active and moving all day
• Using hands/fingers, reaching, stooping, bending, or crouching may be required
• Lifting (1-75 lbs. with aid)
