Description

Job Summary: The Landfill Sales Manager is responsible for selling Qnergy’s Biomethane Services to owners of closed and open landfills.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the formulation and execution of sales in the assigned territory, 
  • Supporting and often leading Business development efforts with Landfill Owners 
  • Initiate and execute carbon credits and revenue sharing agreements with Landfill owners 
  • Identify potential new market segments and new customers for Qnergy 
  • Increase overall awareness of Qnergy Landfill gas offering by travelling to facilitate face-to-face contact, participation in industry trade shows, field visits and other promotional methods as required. 
  • Process customer engagement to ensure mutual satisfaction of customer and Qnergy.
Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technical Sales, Engineering, or related discipline is preferred. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Landfill Market 
  • Proven track record of successful sales strategy and execution. 
  • Must possess demonstrated ability to implement change and be results focused.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Effective influence across all levels of an organization. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to understand and explain technical processes.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily manufacturing environment. 
  • Must be able to work overtime or weekends as project needs require. 
  • Must be able to work under deadlines. 
  • Position requires interacting with management, internal peers and outside technical experts.
