Reporting to: Sales Operations Manager
Position Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote/Hybrid allowed)
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for industrial and SATCOM accounts, providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
- Proactively manage and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for account growth.
- Identify and qualify new leads through research, inbound inquiries, and outbound prospecting efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the outside sales team, engineering, and operations to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and technical information to customers in a timely manner.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, pipeline, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and post-sale support.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in industrial or technical sectors. Experience with SATCOM or industrial automation is a plus.
Successful candidates will also have:
- Strong understanding of motion control solutions or similar technical products (slew drives, actuators, bearings, etc.).
- Ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and systems, with the ability to explain these to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
