Job Summary- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various data-related roles, including Data Developers, Database Testers, Statisticians, and Data Architects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the data landscape, strong networking abilities, and a passion for connecting exceptional candidates with exciting career opportunities.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively identify and engage high-quality candidates through platforms such as job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ technical abilities, career goals, and cultural fit.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and talent pools to adjust recruitment strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive, seamless candidate experience by providing timely feedback and ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and nurture relationships with professionals, organizations, and educational institutions to strengthen candidates sourcing efforts.
- Track and report recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on data-related roles preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience in hiring for with the data analytics roles.
- Previous experience in an agency or in-house recruitment environment focusing on Data related roles.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
- Strong understanding of the data landscape, including relevant roles and technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates effectively.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media for candidate sourcing.
