Pacproinc is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow sales within the Western Region. In this role, you will expand market presence, develop strong customer relationships, and meet sales targets by promoting Pacproinc’s capital equipment solutions, with a focus on the protein segment. You will engage directly with clients both in person and virtually, identifying opportunities and driving the adoption of innovative equipment solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads, develop relationships, and manage a portfolio of existing and new clients within the Western Region.
  • Promote Pacproinc's capital equipment solutions, focusing on the protein segment, to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, develop, and close large capital projects, while providing value-based, consultative sales to customers.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to identify applications and solutions that meet their business needs.
  • Work with other Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to develop and sell production lines for food processing and packaging.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management within CRM (HubSpot).
  • Provide market insights and feedback on customer needs, emerging opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Support and foster strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
  • Work closely with Service and Support teams to manage customer expectations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Frequent travel within the territory, with potential for occasional international travel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience selling capital equipment, preferably within the industrial food equipment industry.
  • Proven success in capital equipment sales and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in selling conveyor-based solutions, particularly within the protein sector, including experience with slicing, forming protein products, or conveyorized systems.
  • Experience working with OEMs to develop production lines is highly preferred.
  • Strong ability to translate new market opportunities into actionable sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build lasting relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • A customer-centric mindset, self-motivated, and adept at managing time effectively.
  • International business development experience and experience with distributors or outside reps is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) for managing sales activities.
