What We Are Looking For

Thread is executing on a vision to deliver Embedded Banking, Lending, Merchant Acquiring and Enterprise Banking through a network of industry leading technology providers and partners. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchant Acquiring Product Leader to join our team and lead our new acquiring offering. As Product Lead, you will play a critical role in defining, developing, and executing the product vision. You will work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to bring our payments offering to market. We are looking for a product professional who thrives in a growth environment and has a track record of success in the payments industry. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing the overall product strategy and roadmap priorities with stakeholders
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define the go to market strategy including customer onboarding/acquisition and ongoing support models.
• Evaluating 3rd party vendor solutions and working with stakeholders on selection criteria
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders, vendors and contractors on product development, implementation and execution
• Manage 3rd party vendors ensuring execution and refinement of delivery
• Leading cross-functional team meetings and communicating status to stakeholders
• Creating, tracking and reporting on product line OKR’s, KPI’s and other success metrics
• Ability to communicate operational needs and processes 
• Tracking product usage, sentiment, and adoption
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and support leads to ensure market success 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years’ experience as a Product Lead, Sr. Product Manager or equivalent
• Payment/FinTech industry experience 
• Strong Project Management skills
• Familiarity with payment platforms and associated 3rd party vendors 
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead product discussions
• Good communication, organization and presentation skills
• Familiarity with outsourced technology teams and complex vendor integrations
• Proven experience in developing      and executing go to market and strategic plans
• Expected travel ~10%
