Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Accounting & Analysis: Manage and analyze cost structures for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Perform variance analysis and project forecasts.
• Inventory Management: Oversee quarterly inventory assessments, cycle counts, and collaborate with operations to ensure accurate inventory valuation.
• Financial Reporting: Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes. Prepare cost-related financial statements and reports.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial models for strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-plus years in cost accounting, in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of inventory management.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (D365) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas). Experience with Cognos or Power BI is a plus.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred.
• Mindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
